Entrynodes integrates directly with existing CRM/ERP systems to keep memberships, profiles, and entitlements synchronized in real time. We have proof of cases with very complex access rights — such as gym-only vs. gym+pool, time-windowed access, or hybrid products combining monthly access with visit bundles. The connection is bi-directional: every entry event and exception is written back for accurate billing, analytics, and customer support. Gateway
The Gateway is the control plane that normalizes identities, evaluates policy, and orchestrates two-way data flow between business systems and on-site devices. It enforces access decisions using centrally defined rules while handling retries, deduplication, and clock-skew tolerance to keep operations stable across sites and networks. Events are signed and transported over encrypted channels, and health metrics, alerts, and audit trails provide operational visibility. The architecture isolates business applications from edge hardware, enabling incremental rollouts, multi-tenant deployments, and versioned APIs without interrupting day-to-day access.
On-premises
On site, Entrynodes works with multi-technology, reader-independent hardware: RFID, NFC, QR, Bluetooth, PIN, or their combinations. Decisions are executed with low latency, and local caching with offline tolerance maintains continuity during network disruptions. Controllers interface with doors, turnstiles, and gates via standard protocols (e.g., OSDP, Wiegand, TCP/IP) and record tamper-evident logs for audits and anomaly detection. Remote configuration and firmware management allow consistent policy updates across locations while preserving the separation between secure edge environments and central systems.
